Real estate FPV drone tours and virtual tours

Agencies, brokers, REITs and investment funds

A 20,000 sqm warehouse or a 12-storey building cannot be conveyed with static photos. An FPV drone tour lets the buyer or investor grasp scale, layout and location in 90 to 180 seconds, as an initial remote viewing without travelling.

Why FPV works in real estate

Buyers and investors decide in seconds. Photos show separate rooms, but not how they connect, how much light comes in or what lies around the property. A one-take FPV tour answers those questions before the viewing, so whoever asks to see the property already knows it fits.

For high-value assets and buyers who are not in the city, such as international buyers, family offices or funds, the video replaces the first viewing. It is the difference between sending a brochure and sending the experience of walking through the property.

Video virtual tour vs 360° and Matterport

When agencies think of a virtual tour they usually mean a 360° tour like Matterport: the user jumps from point to point and looks around. It is useful for checking rooms and measurements, but it does not tell the story of the property and few people go through it all. An FPV video tour is different: one continuous flight that comes in through the door, moves through the home and ends on the terrace, like a guided viewing.

The video plays on any phone without installing anything, uploads to property portals, YouTube and social media, and works as an ad. Many agencies combine both: the 360° in the listing for detail, and the FPV tour to attract viewings.

Logistics warehouses, industrial and offices

In commercial real estate the decision-maker is often an investor or a company that cannot always travel. For a logistics warehouse we show the plot, loading docks, yard and motorway access from the air, and fly the interior with FPV: clear height, storage and offices. For an office building, the lobby, typical floors and rooftop in a single take.

The result is one piece the agent or owner can send to investors before scheduling a visit, with the asset data (floor area, height, docks or rents) on screen if needed.

  • Stabilised aerial footage of the facade, plot, views and surroundings
  • Property data on screen if needed: floor area, bedrooms, rents or timelines
  • Main horizontal video for your website, portals and YouTube
  • Vertical versions for Instagram and TikTok, and short clips for ads
  • Flight permits and third-party liability insurance

How we work, step by step

  1. 01

    Tell us about the property

Asset type, who you want to sell it to and what must come across: views, space, layout or location. That tells us whether you need indoor FPV, aerial footage or both.

  2. 02

    We plan the route

We design the route through the rooms in the order a buyer would visit them and check the airspace. You get a short checklist to prepare the property: lights on, blinds up and everything in place.

  3. 03

    Filming

A home is usually filmed in a single session. The indoor FPV drone is light and fitted with prop guards, so it can pass through doors and corridors safely.

  4. 04

    Editing and delivery

We edit the main piece with music and, if needed, captions with the property data. Average delivery is around 10 working days, with every version included.

FPV penthouse tour

Case study: penthouse for C&H Coastal Homes in the Canary Islands

The agency needed to show a penthouse to buyers who were not on the island. With photos, buyers saw separate rooms but could not understand how they connected or what views each one had.

We filmed a one-take FPV flight that enters the home, crosses the living room and bedrooms and comes out onto the terrace without cuts. The result is a sales piece that filters prospects before the viewing.

Permits, insurance and safety

We are an AESA-certified drone operator (the Spanish aviation safety agency) and every operation is covered by third-party liability insurance. Flight permits and notifications are handled by us and included in the quote.

Indoors, we fly with the owner's permission and a light, guarded drone. Outdoors, we check whether the area is near an airport, in controlled airspace or in a protected area, and obtain whatever is needed before filming.

Our work: real estate

FPV tours and aerial video of homes, penthouses and high-value properties that sell without moving the buyer. The immersive walkthrough conveys scale, layout and light in seconds, filters prospects and shortens the sales cycle.

Real Estate: frequently asked questions

What kind of properties do you film?

Luxury homes, penthouses, villas, residential buildings, offices, retail and logistics warehouses. Our portfolio includes penthouses in the Canary Islands and residential developments in Navarra and Zaragoza.

Does an FPV tour replace a Matterport tour?

They do different jobs. A 360° tour lets people check each room at their own pace; an FPV tour is a video watched from start to finish that grabs attention. To sell, the video attracts and the 360° answers questions. If you can only have one for portals and social media, video reaches more people because it plays anywhere.

Is it useful for international buyers?

It is one of its best uses: buyers understand the layout, light, views and surroundings without travelling, and only fly in when they are genuinely interested.

Do you work outside Navarra?

Yes. We are based in Tudela (Navarra, Spain) and travel anywhere in Spain, including the Canary and Balearic Islands.
