Hotel virtual tours with FPV drone video
Boutique hotels, rural hotels and 4 and 5-star resorts
On booking sites every hotel looks the same. An FPV drone tour conveys the real scale of the lobby, spa and suites, places the hotel in its surroundings and keeps people on your website longer, which is where direct bookings are won.
- More direct bookings, less dependence on OTA commission
- A closing tool for weddings, events and groups before the visit
- The surroundings (beach, mountains, landmarks) in the same shot
- Content that stays useful for years
Let guests live the stay before they book
On booking sites every listing looks alike: the same photo grid for every hotel. An FPV tour that links arrival, reception, common areas, rooms and surroundings tells the whole experience in a minute or two, and makes travellers want to book on the hotel's own website.
We have done it for Hotel RuralSuite, a 4-star aparthotel in the Ebro valley, and for places like Iratiko Kabiak and Hotel Mirador de Deyo, where the setting matters as much as the room.
Hotel virtual tour: FPV video or 360°
Many hotels have a 360° virtual tour on their website: users jump from room to room and look around. It helps people who have already decided and want to check a room, but few go through it all and it cannot be used as an ad.
An FPV video tour tells the stay as a story: arrival, reception, common areas, spa, room and views in one or two minutes. It works as the header video on your website, on your Google Business Profile, on YouTube, on social media and in campaigns, which is where direct bookings are decided.
For weddings, events and groups
Function rooms, gardens and event spaces sell better as a walkthrough than as a floor plan. The video works as a closing tool for weddings, corporate events and groups before the site visit.

How we work, step by step
- 01
What sells your hotel
We talk about what sets the property apart: the views, the spa, the surroundings, the suites or the event spaces. The route is built around that.
- 02
Planning without disturbing guests
We choose quieter hours, block the rooms to be filmed and agree with reception which areas will be free at each moment.
- 03
Filming
The indoor FPV drone is light and guarded, so it can fly corridors, stairs and rooms safely. Outdoors we film at sunrise or sunset for the best landscape.
- 04
Editing and delivery
We edit the main piece and every version for each channel. Average delivery is around 10 working days.
Case study: FPV tour for Hotel RuralSuite
Hotel RuralSuite, a 4-star aparthotel in the Ebro valley, was competing on booking sites with listings where all the photos look alike.
We filmed a continuous FPV tour through the entrance, common areas and rooms that conveys what staying there feels like. It is used as the header video on the website and on social media to drive direct bookings.
Watch the videoPermits, insurance and safety
We are an AESA-certified drone operator (the Spanish aviation safety agency) and every operation is covered by third-party liability insurance. Flight permits and notifications are handled by us and included in the quote.
Indoors we fly light, guarded drones and keep any guests in common areas out of the flight path. Outdoors we check whether the hotel is near an airport, in a protected natural area or in an urban zone, and obtain the authorisations needed before filming.
Our work: hotels & resorts
Immersive tours of hotels and resorts that boost time on site and direct bookings. We show lobby, spa, rooms and surroundings as one continuous experience, not scattered listing photos.
Hotels & Resorts: frequently asked questions
What is an FPV hotel virtual tour?
A video filmed with a small, guarded FPV drone that flies through the hotel in a single take, from the entrance to the room, as if the guest were walking through it. Unlike a 360° tour, there is nothing to click: it plays like any video, on any screen.
Do we have to close the hotel to film?
No. We film during quieter hours and coordinate with your team which areas and times to use, so guests are not disturbed.
Do you film rural hotels and small properties?
Yes. Many of our projects are rural and unique accommodation, where the landscape is part of the product and the aerial footage shows it at its real scale.
When is the best time to film a hotel?
When the property and its surroundings look their best: pool open, gardens green and good light. Ideally before the high season, so the video is ready when most bookings are made.
